Getting to know who you are and what you wanna do in life can be overwhelming. A lot of times, instead of deciding what would be best for us based on an accurate understanding of self, we choose things to do that prove to others we're working on ourselves even if they feel torturous to us.

This journal contains 30 days worth of entries. You can make it your daily journal if you have a specific thing you want to take action towards this month (i.e. creating healthy habits, financial recovery, meditating more, etc.) or you can make entries every other day, once per week... whatever works best for your overall goal. There's also a midway reflection entry, so you can evaluate your progress.

 

The Action Journal is here to create clarity for you on your self-discovery journey. The sooner we meet our true selves and let go the things that no longer serve us, the sooner we can step into our calling and live a life that resonates with our soul.
